TJS Properties is a family-run business based in North Devon, dedicated to providing seamless property management services for homeowners and unforgettable holiday experiences for guests. From managing bookings and cleaning to marketing and guest support, we take pride in making property ownership and holiday stays stress-free and enjoyable.

How It All Began
We started the company in 2018, managing our own holiday let properties. Through word of mouth, other holiday let owners soon approached us to help market and manage their properties as well.
Initially, our focus was on marketing and guest relations, but as clients became familiar with our team, they recognised the high standard of our housekeepers. This naturally led to us taking on housekeeping services, which quickly became a core part of what we offer.
As demand continued to grow, we built dedicated teams across multiple regions, allowing us to support more properties while maintaining the same high standards we started with.

The final step in our growth was maintenance. As more properties came under our care, owners wanted a single, dependable point of contact for all aspects of property management. We listened and now provide complete maintenance services across all areas we operate in.
