Our Letting Process
At TJS Property Management, our listing process is designed to be thorough, efficient, and fully optimised for maximum visibility across all major booking platforms. Once a property is physically ready to let, the journey from initial consultation to going live typically takes around three weeks.

We begin by creating a complete property profile within our property management system. This includes all essential details such as amenities, location information, directions, local area descriptions, bookable and closed dates, check-in and check-out rules, photography, and pricing. In 2018 when I first moved to North Devon, the house we purchased was supposed to be the family home.
