Cinema Snug: A separate entertainment room featuring a projector and a sofa bed, perfect for movie nights.

 

Kitchen & Dining: A rustic, open-plan space fully equipped for group catering.

• Kitchen Amenities: Range-style electric oven, gas hob, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and an espresso machine.

• Laundry: Includes a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience.

 

Outdoor Space: Accessible directly from the kitchen, the private patio garden features a large hot tub, outdoor dining furniture, and a BBQ for alfresco meals.

Other Details to Note

Hot Tub: The hot tub is available for an additional fee of £95 per stay. To ensure it is heated and ready for a 5 PM arrival, it must be booked and paid for at least 48 hours in advance directly through TJS Properties.

Provided Amenities: We supply one bath towel per guest, all necessary bed linens, hairdryers, and a travel cot.

Connectivity: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
