The large accommodation is arranged over 3 floors. A large lounge has comfy sofas, some gathered around the open fire, others focus on the Smart TV/DVD with Sky Movies package. French doors lead out onto the tiered patio garden which has furniture and a BBQ.

The open plan kitchen-diner is well-equipped and contemporary; and has a range style electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and dining seating for 8 people. A utility room has a washing machine and WC. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms and the family bathroom which has shower over the bath.

The bedrooms are 1 king-size with TV and an ensuite shower room, 1 double bedroom (two singles on request) and a twin (double on request). On the 3rd floor there is a master bedroom with king size bed, seating area to admire the views and an ensuite, with roll top bath and separate shower. Towels and linen are provided. A patio and astro area house garden furniture and there is plenty of on street parking outside the property. Dogs are welcome on request only and charges apply.
